As an early autumn hurricane approaches, a train heading to the Everglades is attacked by venomous spiders. Freya Cade, a luxury train attendant, is pushed into a swarm of spiders to her death by her husband Mace and his lover, the engineer Stan. She unexpectedly重生s thirty minutes before the disaster. Knowing that smuggled poisonous spiders will soon overrun the derailed train and kill everyone, Freya desperately warns the passengers. However, her husband mocks her, while Stan and Assistant Conductor Denise protect the smuggler Nadine and label Freya insane. The train derails in the storm, and survivors flee to an abandoned spider research facility. Freya uncovers her husband's plot to seize her fortune, her best friend Janet's role as the mastermind, and scientist Kenton's secret plan to use survivors for antidote research. With the help of hikers Elias and his son, she survives betrayal and spider attacks. The villains meet their end in the spider swarm, which is eventually destroyed by police. Freya escapes her failed marriage, falls in love with Elias, and finds new beginnings with a wedding on a new luxury train.
