Michael Rocamora was once the absolute ruler of the underworld—a man whose very name struck terror into the hearts of all. Following the death of his wife, he left his criminal life behind for the sake of his daughter, Clara, choosing instead a quiet existence as a truck driver. But when Clara’s fiancé—Julian, heir to the powerful Caldwell dynasty—turns out to be a sadistic madman, he subjects her to horrific abuse on their wedding day, ultimately forcing her to fall from a great height—landing squarely onto the roof of Michael’s truck. With his daughter left in a deep coma, the legal system bought off, and his own in-laws urging him to let it go, Michael finally sheds his facade and returns to the shadows. The Caldwells, dismissing him as nothing more than a broken, desperate father, close ranks to protect their own—until Michael unleashes a ruthless, iron-fisted campaign to reclaim his power, forcing them all to realize what a true godfather of the underworld looks like.
