Elara, blessed by the Moon Goddess but sealed into a childlike mind, is adopted by a wolf clan after being saved from traffickers. Cael, the Alpha heir, loves her; his brother Kael clashes with her but always protects her. As Elara's seal cracks and her power threatens to consume her, Cael retrieves the Moonstone Tablet from the Forbidden Land at the cost of an eternal curse, forming a one-way blood pact that bears all her pain himself. Gray Raven, an evil remnant soul, covets her body and schemes with the jealous Selene. Elara learns to control her power and discovers Cael's decline. With the Moon Seer's help, they reshape the pact into a two-way bond. Gray Raven sieges the city; Morven sacrifices himself. Elara and Cael defeat Gray Raven together. Selene is given a chance at redemption. Cael becomes Alpha; Elara opens a medical academy. They marry, their fated mark complete—guarding the wolf territory together.
