Lana, a former FBI undercover agent raised in a Chicago orphanage, runs a flower shop under a hidden identity after being suspended due to trauma. Moved by a year of gentle pursuit by billionaire Ethan, she walks into a grand church wedding, only to discover during her vows that the ceremony is an dark-web live human hunting broadcast staged by Ethan; the guests are all financiers and hunters of the Royal Hunting Club, five downtown blocks are sealed off with communications cut, Lana is marked as prey, and anyone who kills her within 24 hours can claim a five-million-dollar bounty. Ethan's four groomsmen hunters lead the chase, and while fleeing Lana meets Jax, a private investigator and former military scout, and discovers that his sister Mia is also trapped in the hunting chain because of a part-time scam run by middleman Kian. They band together to survive and get pulled into a ruthless free-for-all among mob boss Vince, his mistress Grace, Kian, and Ethan. Grace appears to cling to Vince but is actually the sole survivor of the hunting game five years ago, having gone undercover for years to gather evidence against Ethan, Kian, and Vince. Using her undercover skills, Lana kills the pursuers and tears open the truth of the club. In the end, she confronts Ethan in the white rose greenhouse of the orphanage, joins forces with Grace and Mia to upload all the evidence, exposes the Royal Hunting Club worldwide, and kills Ethan herself. After surviving, Lana, Grace, and Mia found a women's rescue studio.
