On a storm‑soaked night, gravely‑injured mafia queen Elena bursts into a private clinic and holds surgeon Chloe at gunpoint, demanding life‑saving treatment. Unexpectedly, Chloe’s calm tenderness becomes the only soothing remedy for Elena’s violent PTSD. Drawn together by fierce chemistry, the pair spiral into a dangerous romance tangled with mafia internal strife, power plots and bloody vendettas. Threatened by traitorous family elders, Chloe gradually abandons her pure doctor persona, picking up weapons and learning to fight alongside Elena. Through explosions, hostage crises and life‑or‑death showdowns, the two women go from savior‑patient to equal partners, carving out their bloody reign and sealing their bond with oaths of life‑and‑death devotion.
