Seven years ago, Sofia donated her heart to save mafia heir Enzo, then abandoned him with the words: "I only love your money." Kept alive by an artificial heart, she raised Lily—the daughter Enzo never knew he had. Now Enzo is the East Coast's cold-blooded godfather, engaged to Lana, who stole credit for Sofia's sacrifice.
