Leo, a janitor from the slums of the Lower City, endures the ultimate humiliation of crawling between a bully's legs—all for one chance at a psychic aptitude test. When his palm touches the crystal, a pillar of light tears through the ceiling: Thunderbolt, the legendary mecha dormant for years, awakens as every machine in the hall kneels on one knee. With the hidden SSS-rank talent now awakened, the boy crushed under everyone's heels will pilot the strongest mecha ever built and shatter every sneer thrown at him—those who forced you to kneel will one day look up at you.
