Leah Moore is a gifted elite surgeon in North America’s high-society metropolis, saving countless lives on the operating table. She pours all her love and resources into supporting her boyfriend Jasper Merrill, only to discover he is consumed by vanity and ruthless ambition. Disgusted by Leah’s devotion to her career and her lack of a wealthy family background, Jasper sets his sights on Rowe Kane, a cold, formidable female billionaire. To clear his path to power, Jasper stabs Leah to death. Burning with hatred at the brink of death, Leah is reborn, returning to the fateful night when Jasper ties Leon Bloom in a bathtub, ready to kill him. This time, she abandons all tenderness. She pretends to obey Jasper while quietly weaving an elaborate revenge plan. She intends to push Jasper straight into Rowe’s grasp, letting him taste the same despair she endured. After learning how twisted Rowe truly is, Leah forms an alliance with Leon. Using her exceptional surgical skills, Leah performs plastic surgery on Leon to conceal his identity, and he stays by her side disguised as her assistant. Leon leverages his intimate knowledge of Rowe’s twisted, controlling nature to coach Jasper, shaping Jasper into exactly the kind of lover Rowe craves. Rowe soon fixates on Jasper.
