Aria, the younger daughter of the Campbell family, has spent her life being treated as a stand-in for her older sister, Natya. After marrying Xavier, a hunter from Black Pine Forest, in Natya’s place, she experiences what it means to be protected for the first time, thanks to Mrs. Hill and Xavier. She accompanies Xavier into the forest to learn his skills and develops a signature meat sauce under the name “Cedar & Salt.” Consumed by regret and jealousy, Natya comes to reclaim the marriage she gave up. She conspires with Grayson, a buyer, to falsely accuse Xavier, then sneaks into the warehouse to sabotage their goods. This time, Aria refuses to back down. She reports the crimes to the police, pursues the recovery of the goods, and takes on a major order. The false accusations are eventually cleared up, and Natya and Grayson are taken away by the police. Aria also discovers that she is not the Campbells’ biological daughter. Choosing not to remain trapped by her past, she celebrates her marriage to Xavier with a new wedding ceremony, opens a shop, and builds a life she can truly call her own.
