Carol was on cloud nine finalizing every last detail for her wedding — until she walked in on her fiancé Joshua cheating on her with her supposed ride-or-die best friend Nancy. Instead of breaking down, she pulled the plug on the engagement with ice-cold composure and blew their sordid little secret wide open for the whole city to see. That very scandal cracked open a bombshell she never saw coming: her real father was none other than the reclusive, legendary tycoon at the helm of a top-tier global conglomerate. The second she stepped into her rightful place at the company, she dug up Joshua's long-running embezzlement scheme, fired him on the spot, and systematically clawed back every proprietary data model he had stolen and hoarded for himself. What she didn't even have to lift a finger for was watching Joshua get picked clean by Nancy's ravenous, gold-digging family — they drained him dry down to his last cent before tossing him aside like trash. With no one left to leech off, Joshua ate the full consequences of his own greed. A brutal car crash left him an amputee, buried under crippling debt, and he ended up homeless on the streets. Nancy, meanwhile, got nailed for fraud and locked behind bars. Carol, on the other hand, stood unchallenged at the top, taking the crown as the year's most iconic powerhouse. Betrayal and greed? They never hunt anyone but the fools who feed them.
