Claire Shaw put her stellar career in gene therapy on hold for seven years to care for her critically ill daughter before leaving her wealthy husband Daniel Grant. He had always seen her as a homemaker to be looked after and believed she had manipulated him into marriage. Upon her return to Helixor Labs, Claire led a groundbreaking study that could transform Lily's future. Yet Daniel's jealousy, paired with his blind trust in Vivian, allowed rival investor Adrian Vale to weaponize the divorce proceedings, custody battle, and fabricated evidence against her. This forces Claire to protect her daughter, prove her innocence, and reclaim her identity as the brilliant scientist she never stopped being. Meanwhile, Daniel's prejudices not only endanger Lily but cost Grant Capital billions, ultimately destroying his own career.
