Seattle's relentless rain brings a chilling nightmare to Marilyn's doorstep: her husband's secret mistress has been brutally murdered. Overnight, the illusion of her perfect marriage completely shatters. Four months pregnant and seemingly blindsided, Marilyn is thrust into a terrifying police investigation where her husband, David, is named the prime suspect. Yet, as Detective Sarah Green digs deeper into the dual tragedies, eerie inconsistencies begin to surface—most notably, a ghostly figure caught on a neighbor's security camera in the dead of night. Everyone has a deadly motive, and no one is truly innocent. Trapped in a twisted game of cat and mouse, how far will a desperate widow go to survive? In a city where the truth is obscured by deception, the most chilling question remains: who is the real puppet master orchestrating this bloodbath?
