Kai Cheng, chairman of Kai Cheng Investment, hides his wealth and plays the role of a useless househusband. His wife, Lina, resents his poverty and begins an affair with their supervisor, Ryan. When Lina travels to New York with Ryan to discuss a $1 billion project, Ryan encourages her to seduce Chairman Kai Cheng at night in order to secure the contract—without knowing that the chairman is actually her own husband, Kai. After discovering the affair, Kai repeatedly gives Lina chances to confess, but she lies and deceives him, determined to seize his shares.
