Chloe, hiding her identity as a top-tier heiress, is about to have a fairy-tale wedding with Julian at Manhattan Cathedral. On their vow day, she catches Julian cheating with Lily in the lounge. To her horror, Lily has been impersonating her, and Julian fully believes the lie. He even plans to use Lily’s supposed "wealthy family influence" to take down his eldest brother Christian, who holds control of the family empire. Without tears or tantrums, Chloe broadcasts their cheating footage on the wedding screen. She tears up the prenuptial agreement that would leave her with nothing, humiliating Julian and Lily in front of all guests. Later at an auction, Chloe spends millions on an antique crown, sparking Julian’s first doubts about her true identity. When Lily slanders Chloe, Christian unexpectedly defends her and claims he is pursuing her, enraging Julian. Lily notices Julian still has feelings for Chloe and pushes her into a river to kill her. Chloe is rescued by Christian, and Lily faces attempted murder charges. But Lily is pregnant. To save herself, she lies and claims the baby is Julian’s. Obsessed with inheritance and desperate for an heir, Julian believes her. He gets Lily released and brings her to a family banquet, demanding Christian surrender power. Faced with everyone’s stares and Christian’s calm gaze, Chloe drops her disguise. She reveals her identity documents and exposes Lily’s stolen identity and forged records. Julian finally realizes he betrayed and ruined the woman he should have cherished, all for a fake. He begs for forgiveness, only to be rejected outright by Chloe. At Julian’s yacht engagement party for Lily, Chloe presents Julian’s complete medical records from the family clinic, proving a congenital condition leaves him infertile. All guests witness the truth: Lily faked the pregnancy to deceive him. Julian breaks down completely. In the climax, Julian holds Chloe hostage on a rooftop, furiously accusing her of hiding her identity and conspiring with Christian to destroy him. Christian arrives and saves Chloe. Julian pays the price for his betrayal and madness. Free from all lies and manipulation, Chloe chooses happiness with Christian, who has always stood by her side.
