Unemployed programmer Noah wakes up to find himself a federal fugitive wanted for kidnapping Hollywood star Serena. Even more absurd, it is all part of a nationally livestreamed reality manhunt show—Ultimate Escape. The producers randomly pick ordinary people as "fugitives," let an FBI task force hunt them down on camera, and he is simply the latest prey selected. Framed, livestreamed, and publicly mocked by his ex-girlfriend, Noah doesn't break down—he smiles. Having transmigrated into this world, he activates the "Cat and Mouse Game" system, boosting his reaction speed and spatial awareness across the board. If they want to play, he'll play big. He removes all hidden cameras, forces Serena to tell the truth with a water gun, and when the FBI surrounds the entire apartment building, he changes into a delivery uniform and walks out calmly right in front of the task force leader. From Brooklyn to Chicago, Noah builds a bomb from flour, traps the FBI with thirty taxis, hacks into the surveillance network to monitor the task force in reverse, and empties a bank vault with a diversion. The loser who once couldn't even pay rent becomes a criminal genius who humiliates the entire federal law enforcement system. Extorting twenty million, rescuing his hacker partner, stealing a hundred-million-dollar sapphire—he stays one step ahead of the FBI every time, and every escape sends the ratings through the roof. When the game ends and the billion-dollar prize hits his account, everyone wants to ask the same question: how on earth did he do it? Noah's answer is just one line—cat chasing mouse? No. It's the mouse walking the cat.
