Mia, the eldest daughter of the Alfred family who had been missing for over twenty years and was codenamed the legendary rider Epona, was adopted and raised by equestrian master Riel. She hid her identity and returned to the prestigious family solely to uncover the truth behind her mother's death from a cliff fall years ago. At the family's horse racing gala, Mia crushed the second young miss, Vina, to win the championship and was recognized and reclaimed by the clan thanks to the unique five-pointed star birthmark on her arm. Vina's biological mother, Martha, feared Mia threatened her position, so she hired thugs to hijack Mia's horse on the road, but Mia's formidable skills let her fight back and subdue them. Martha then colluded with the villain Morsos, coercing the thugs to recant and frame Mia, only for her hacker friend Lian to pull up evidence and turn the tables, getting Martha and her daughter locked up. The butler secretly released the mother and daughter. Martha found a rider to impersonate Epona in an open competition, but Mia made an极限 comeback in the finals to win and exposed the fraud on the spot. Morsos was furious and held Vina hostage, forcing Martha to steal the family's secret breeding technique while also trying to win Mia over with a huge sum, which she refused. Mia investigated her mother's death, and the butler broke down and confessed… Martha had been the mastermind, and he had personally pushed Mia's mother off the cliff. Mia pursued Martha; during a highway chase, Martha's car flipped and exploded, killing her. Mia then infiltrated the old castle, where Vina, to save her own life, lied that she knew Epona's whereabouts. Mia publicly revealed her identity, and her mentor Riel arrived by helicopter to testify. Vina broke down and tried to assassinate her with a knife, but was killed by her own blade instead. With all her enemies fallen, Mia found closure and left with her mentor.
