Abby Sterling, an ordinary girl working three jobs, used her earnings to send her fiancé Jax and her best friend Lexi to a private resort island. However, on the second day after arriving, she encountered a giant shark and was betrayed by her boyfriend and best friend, who left her to be devoured by the shark. Reborn back to the afternoon of her arrival, Abby publicly warned everyone that a giant shark was coming, only to be laughed at by the entire crowd. Her fiancé called her crazy, her best friend accused her of being mentally ill, and no one believed her. Only Sarah, the island guide who had died for her in her previous life, chose to follow her. Abby decisively left the group, saved the wealthy Arthur Thorne from a heart attack, and persuaded him and former Navy SEAL Elias to transport supplies ahead of time to the mountain-top cave for shelter. The disasters unfolded one by one: On the first night, a giant shark devoured Kane, who had led the mockery; the next day, a tsunami engulfed the entire island, and the caustic woman, abandoned by her companions, met her end in the jaws of a shark. Faced with certain doom, Jax, Lexi, and Kinsley knelt on the ground begging for mercy. After Abby refused them, they seized an abandoned yacht to flee—only to face the giant shark head-on and lose their lives. As the helicopter evacuated them, Abby witnessed the three of them capsize and be devoured by the shark. After leaving the island, Abby officially received the shares gifted to her by the tycoon and began a new life managing the Thorne Group alongside Elias.
