In the Silver Moon Wolf Kingdom, Omegas exist only for breeding and sacrifice. Olivie, the Wolf King's daughter, secretly awakens the primordial wolf god's power, but is branded a disgrace because of her gender—her mother executed by the Elders for it. When a vampire warlord besieges the capital and her brothers collapse in battle, Olivie is forced to unleash her divine power on the night of the full moon and drives the enemy back alone. Instead of gratitude, the Elders strip her wolf bone for "an Omega stealing godhood" and exile her to the frozen wasteland. Near death, she is saved by Kairos, the vampire progenitor and her sworn enemy. Together they forge an alliance; he helps her fuse with the forbidden Blood Moon, rebuilding her divine bone and igniting her primordial power.
