Lily was born the day her mother died. Her father never forgave her. Her brother stopped protecting her. She grew up invisible in her own home. Then her cousin Madison moved in. Madison was beautiful, charming, and knew exactly how to win everyone over. She became the daughter her father always wanted. She became the sister her brother always preferred. Lily became nothing. Then the diagnosis came. Cancer. Late stage. Months to live. She wanted to tell her family. She wanted to be held. Instead, Madison filmed her breaking down at a birthday party and posted it online. The world saw a "crazy girl." Her family saw a liar. Her school saw a danger. Her college recommendation was given to Madison. The internet laughed. Her father turned away. Her brother looked through her. Lily had no one. She was dying, and no one believed her. This is the story of a girl who was erased before she was gone.
