The male protagonist was originally an ordinary serf who, after offending the nobility, was sacrificed to the vampire progenitor. However, he struck a deal with the progenitor and gained a portion of the progenitor’s power. Subsequently, using this power, he eradicated the wolf menace and resolved the famine, gradually becoming a hero in the eyes of the local people. He thwarted the nobles’ conspiracy, rescued the queen from dire straits, and ultimately won her favor; the two remained together for the rest of their lives.
