Palmer West, the true heiress of a Napa Valley wine family, is bullied by her mother, uncle, and sister after her father's death. Forced to marry a crude rancher to pay off debts, she flees and meets Brady Mercer, heir to a wine empire. He offers a marriage of convenience: she gets a winery to pursue her winemaking dreams, and he escapes his grandmother's pressure to marry into aristocracy. Their bond grows as Palmer discovers Brady is the injured boy she once saved years ago—and that he has always loved her. With his support, she reclaims her father's vineyard and becomes a master winemaker. Despite losses and sacrifices, they find happiness together.
