Lila, an interior designer, visits a client's home to draft plans at her aunt's request; there, she meets Felix by chance and soon discovers she is pregnant. The two share a remarkable, empathetic bond—Felix deeply feels the physical discomfort Lila endures during pregnancy as well as the distress caused by the unreasonable demands of others, and he is filled with compassion for her. Lila's family, unaware of Felix's true identity, treat him with disdain and hostility. However, once his identity is revealed, Felix resolves the conflicts and forces the greedy, mean-spirited family members to confront their own faults and feel genuine remorse.
