On the ancient continent ruled by dragons, Aslan Valencia—the powerful young heir of the Obsidian Dragon Clan and the leading candidate to become the next Dragon Lord—fell in love with a human girl, Evelyn. Five years ago, however, Evelyn vanished. Five years later, a small dragonling with golden dragon eyes broke into the Dragon Sanctuary, clung to Aslan, and called him "Father." Through repeated moments of being depended upon by the child and forced to care for it, Aslan gradually grew into a competent father. Meanwhile, a conspiracy hidden within the dragon clan began to surface.
