Helena fled in disgrace after a one-night stand with Mafia godfather Cole. Based on the information from a lost delivery, Cole mistakenly identified her stepsister Ivy as Helena. Ivy impersonated her and checked into the estate, but unexpectedly learned that Helena was pregnant. Ivy fed Helena an abortifacient and forged a pregnancy test report.
