What is A Star Meant for Me about?

Zoe Shaw is a lowly intern desperate to raise enough money for her grandmother's surgery, while Chase Lloyd is a powerful billionaire whose unusual condition makes him unable to tolerate physical contact with women. Two people from completely different worlds collide after a drunken mix-up, only for Chase to discover that Zoe is the one woman his body accepts. A month later, a positive pregnancy test ties their fates together for good. From that moment on, he shields her from every grievance, indulges her with increasingly outrageous favoritism, and even offers her a marriage certificate. Zoe assumes Chase is only doing it for the sake of the Lloyd family's reputation and an heir. But she couldn't be more wrong. Because the one thing Chase wants more than an heir is the woman carrying his child.
