Jealous of Mitch Harmon for his luxurious life, Javier Harmon attacked Mitch with a knife, and the cousins both died. But when they opened their eyes, they were back on the fateful wedding night in 1977 that had set their lives on diverging paths! With memories of his last life, Javier married Patsy Reeves, the adopted girl, instead of switching brides with Mitch. He thought he could steal Mitch's future—but only sank deeper into misery. Meanwhile, Mitch built a life richer in love, purpose, and success than before with Margie.
