A dance that spans millennia, weaving together two lifetimes of love and trials. In ancient times, the courtesan Lana Smith was betrayed by a heartless lover. Reborn in the modern era as a frail girl with cancer, she must gather a hefty sum for surgery. Forced to become a servant for the Harvey family, she sets her sights on winning over Douglas Harvey, heir to a conglomerate. Douglas, wary of love and devoted to a life of solitude, finds himself overwhelmed by Lana's strategic retreat and captivating dance. Her relentless pursuit and feigned vulnerability begin to crumble his defenses. As Lana enters the game, believing herself clear-headed, Douglas's restraint and sincerity shake her resolve. High society schemes, betrayals, and life-threatening crises arise, with their disparate statuses standing between them. Lana, a wild rose struggling through the mire, refuses to be anyone's "kept woman." After three years, she returns triumphantly as a lead dancer, meeting Douglas at the top. As the prayer beads fall, love grows wild. Will this time allow her a lifetime of love with him?
