Aria and her mother, Clara Vance, only have each other. Ten years later, Clara crashes an engagement party at The Croft Family of Riverend to confront her heartless ex, Vincent Thorne. When Aria is humiliated, her Grandpa, Winston Vance, steps in. Realizing she is a once-in-a-century Martial Prodigy, he uses the Essence Transfer Ritual to pass down The Vance Family's ultimate skill: Nine Dragon Palms. Awakened, Aria defeats Vincent and exposes his father as a traitor to The Republic. Shockingly, Aria is the new Sovereign of The Empyrean Order. By mastering the ninth stance of the Nine Dragon Palms, she defeats The God of War of the Crimson Empire to protect The Republic.
