Chris spent a thousand years guarding Fiendlocket Spire, holding back dangerous beasts like the Cinder Krin and Thunderstrike Phoenix. When the royal family demands that he give up control for a new Sea God, Chris leaves. Half a day later, the spire crumbles, releasing the creatures, and chaos ensues. The empire falls, and those who banished him beg for his help. But Chris walks away, carrying his sister. "I guarded, you cast me aside. Now, you beg me to return... It's too late."
