Nicole, a human shrine maiden, accidentally wanders into a forbidden territory of the Demon Realm. There, she has an encounter with Sutton—a candidate for the Demon King who has been poisoned—before fleeing. She later gives birth to a son, Green, whose frail health requires the vital essence of a demon to sustain his life. Three years later, Nicole is forced into a political marriage, only to discover that her betrothed is none other than Sutton. Desperate to save her son, she conceals the truth while attempting to obtain the necessary demon blood. Amidst complications involving a mysterious bracelet, schemes orchestrated by the nobility, and conspiracies spanning both realms, the truth is finally revealed. The family reunites, thwarts a plot to incite war, abolishes the old order, and chooses to be together.
