Layla, daughter of a crime boss, abandoned her privileged background for love, pouring all her wealth and connections into helping her husband Evan rise to the U.S. Senate. After ten years of silent sacrifice, she was met with betrayal—Evan's infidelity, secret asset transfers during marriage, and deliberate schemes against her. When Evan launched his presidential campaign, Layla unexpectedly uncovered the truth: his affair with an aide, their illegitimate child, and a covert network of illicit interests. At a campaign dinner, she exposed everything publicly, shattering Evan’s carefully crafted image. After being discredited, Evan hired assassins to eliminate her. In response, Layla reconciled with her father, mobilized the family’s power, and launched a ruthless counterattack, dismantling all of Evan’s resources. In court, Evan initially gained the upper hand through a prearranged agreement from years earlier, but Layla ultimately used her family’s hacking capabilities to drain his assets and then revealed his involvement in hiring hitmen. Evan and his lover ended up imprisoned, turned against each other, while his mother fell into destitution. Layla, reborn from the ashes, took control of the family’s power and achieved a complete and satisfying revenge.
