A battle royale-like live-streamed competition, organized by a mysterious group, takes place annually on a remote island in the Pacific Ocean. One hundred contestants must survive on the island for a month, killing others to earn ever-growing prize money. The protagonist, hoping to raise money for his sister's cancer treatment, signs up for this life-or-death game. After his companions die, his goals gradually shift; he decides to seek revenge against those who hold high above him, enjoying their life-or-death struggle.
