After living in a psychiatric hospital for sixteen years due to manic tendencies, Clara is finally discharged — only to witness her sister Olivia jump off a building in a suicide attempt. Olivia is rescued but falls into a coma, and Clara learns that her sister tried to end her life because of her husband Vincent's betrayal and deception. Impersonating Olivia, Clara returns home to exact her revenge, gradually reclaiming the COVA shares Vincent had seized, while exposing the misdeeds of his mistress Layla. When Vincent kidnaps Olivia's son Leo as leverage, Clara joins forces with the awakened Olivia to rescue him. Layla, having escaped from prison, guns Vincent down in retaliation. In the end, Clara and Olivia, with Leo by their side, begin a new life of peace.
