After her parents’ death, Olivia Hart lives with her sister Claire. To avoid being a burden, she agrees to a blind date with Ethan Sterling, grandson of the elderly Eleanor she once saved. Mistaking Olivia for a gold-digger, Ethan hides his wealthy identity and marries her quickly—unaware that this choice will spark a love full of misunderstandings and redemption. Their awkward cohabitation slowly turns to love as Ethan defends her secretly. A misunderstanding over dowry leads to a 6-month contract, cooling their relationship. Jealousy and a new rival push Ethan to chase her back, with Olivia’s sister helping them reconcile. Just as Ethan plans to reveal his truth, a persistent heiress exposes his identity, sparking a cold war. Ethan fights to win her back, eliminates the heiress’s threats, burns the contract, and finally proposes to Olivia properly.
