Valerie, the empire’s legendary dragon knight, hides as a lowly beast washer after dark magic corrupted her dragon Nidhogg five years ago. Young top knight Gideon tracks her down, eager to duel his lifelong idol. When cruel legion leader Julian plots to seize Dragon Valley’s sacred crystal cave by framing locals, Valerie steps up. Hiding her true power, she defeats his warriors one by one, revealing Nidhogg’s disguised serpent form mid-battle. Uncovering Julian’s forbidden dark magic scheme that caused the valley’s fire disaster years prior, Valerie teams up with Gideon and young valley tamers. They crush the corrupted legion, clear her name, and choose to stay rebuilding Dragon Valley rather than return to royal glory.
