Twenty years ago, Cassandra—an orphan taken in by Evelyn's parents—murdered her foster father, drove her foster mother to madness, and seized the family fortune, leaving Evelyn with nothing. Using that blood-soaked wealth, Cassandra climbed the social ladder, married into power, and became the untouchable governor's wife. Twenty years later, Evelyn—once a wealthy heiress, now destitute—returned as a nameless maid in Cassandra's grand Vance Manor. Her only mission: reclaim everything. Blood for blood. Her first strike aimed at Cassandra's sham political marriage. Evelyn set a trap, exposing Cassandra's affair with her bodyguard in a live statewide broadcast—shattering her "perfect lady" image and turning the Vance family into high society's greatest joke. Her second strike aimed at Cassandra's only vulnerability—her son Elias, heir to the Vance fortune and a gifted painter. Evelyn became Elias's exclusive muse, ensnaring him with seduction and calculated distance until he was utterly devoted. Cassandra, desperate to remove Evelyn, sold her into a strip club—but it backfired, driving Elias to sever ties with his mother entirely. In the abyss of revenge, Evelyn and Elias's emotions spiraled out of control. Blood debt on one side, unwavering love on the other—Evelyn was torn apart. Elias eventually found a USB drive hidden behind one of his mother's oil paintings, containing evidence of all her crimes. Confronted with the truth, his world shattered. He chose to stand with Evelyn, offering everything he had to atone.
