Therapist Nancy Vance fell for mafia heir Damon Vito during his sessions—but was imprisoned by him. To escape, she cut off his finger and fled. Two years later, believing she was free, Nancy married Sam—on their wedding day, Damon appeared, crashed the ceremony, and held Sam hostage to force Nancy back. Meanwhile, Luca Vito and Nicole Voss conspired to seize power through poison and schemes. Nancy's stepfather was murdered, dragging her into a murder investigation. Amid the chaos, Nancy and Damon confronted their shared trauma. Damon feigned paralysis to lure her back, then publicly exposed the conspirators.
