Framed for the disaster caused by Katrina’s reckless orders, Valeria broke the cruel blood oath and gained freedom. She joined the Black Dragon Court, where the ancient black dragon Cedric, who cherished her, forged an equal kingship pact with her. Abandoned by Loris, the Golden Wing dragons lost control and the fortress collapsed. Finally, Valeria restarted the universal dragon covenant, sealed the flame tide, and ascended as the Black Dragon Queen.
