At the funeral of the old Mafia Godfather, Susan—the wife of crime boss Arthur—uncovers a devastating secret: her husband's mistress, Monica, is having an affair with Arthur's most trusted lieutenant, Tommy. Before she can expose their betrayal, the conspirators frame her for treason. Susan and her young son, Leo, are murdered and their bodies are dumped into the Hudson River. But fate gives Susan a second chance. Reborn before the tragedy unfolds, she vows to destroy everyone who betrayed her. With meticulous planning, she exposes Monica and Tommy's affair during a crucial Mafia summit, then reveals through a DNA test that Monica's son, Luke, is actually Tommy's illegitimate child. As Arthur's trust collapses, the traitors turn on one another, and their once-glorious lives end in ruin. When Monica's sister Lisa and the cold-hearted Arthur attempt to eliminate her once again, Susan strikes first, crushing every enemy in a ruthless game of revenge. In the end, she crowns her son Leo as the new Godfather while ascending as the true power behind New York's Mafia empire. A thrilling story of betrayal, rebirth, revenge, and a woman who rises from the depths of death to become the undisputed Queen of the Mafia.
