"Seven years ago, Ira, an insecure perfumery student, fell in love with Dante Ferrara, heir to the mafia. To protect her from his family and their enemies, Dante deliberately said, “It was just for fun,” hoping to push her away. But Ira overheard his words. Heartbroken, she ran out of the estate and was caught in a car crash orchestrated by her cousin Marco. Miraculously surviving, Ira mistakenly believed that Dante had tried to kill her. She changed her name to Mia, fled overseas, and gave birth to their child. Seven years later, Mia’s daughter Lily suffers from a severe heart condition. Desperate, Mia takes Lily to kneel at the gates of the Ferrara estate, begging her former boyfriend Dante to save their daughter. Although Dante does not recognize Mia after her plastic surgery, he is stirred by small details—the unique perfume she wears, her habit of drinking coffee—and begins a frantic investigation. As Lily’s true parentage is revealed and the truth behind the car crash seven years ago comes to light, Dante, consumed by regret, embarks on a painful journey to win Mia back, all while fighting for their lives against the traitors within his own family and protecting the woman and child he loves."
