Keno Breck is a police officer selected to go undercover and infiltrate the Costa family. During the mission, he falls in love with and marries the family's daughter, Rae Costa. But for the sake of the operation, he still sends Rae's father, Matteo Costa, to prison. In the end, Matteo is shot and killed while resisting arrest.
