"Chloe, CEO of Morgan Medical Group, hides her true identity and marries Lucas, an intern doctor. To her shock, she repeatedly catches her husband sharing intimate physical touches with his best friend Noah. When she confronts them, the two insist they are just straight‑guy bros and lash out at her for overthinking everything. At her birthday party, Lucas and Noah show up in matching shorts, flaunt suggestive tattoos, and kiss in front of the crowd — breaking Chloe’s heart completely. She reveals her real identity as the group’s chief executive, has the pair sent to prison, and accepts a marriage proposal from her childhood sweetheart Everett. Trapped with no way out, Lucas and Noah cross paths in the prison showers. They become playthings for other inmates, paying a brutal price for their betrayal."
