Eight years ago, Bobby, heir to the Foster fortune, faked his own death on his wedding day to chase "freedom," leaving his fiancée Savanna humiliated and branded as cursed. At her lowest moment, Leopold—Bobby's powerful, reclusive billionaire uncle—swept in like a savior. He not only rescued Savanna but married her, giving her unwavering protection. They fell in love and had a son, Amur. Eight years later, Bobby returns with his pregnant mistress, Catherine. He arrogantly assumes Leopold is just a caretaker and Savanna is still pining for him. He terrorizes the estate, beats the loyal butler, calls Amur a bastard, and during Amur's asthma attack, cruelly crushes his emergency inhaler—trying to force Savanna to admit she's a "whore" and leave. At the last moment, Leopold arrives, saves his son, and reveals the truth: Savanna is the rightful matriarch of Foster Group, and Amur is his biological son. Bobby and Catherine continue scheming—faking DNA reports, stealing trade secrets, and forging a terminal illness report to seize power. But Leopold sees through it all. The family patriarch finally banishes Bobby. Meanwhile, Savanna discovers that Leopold was the real hero who saved her in an alley eight years ago, clearing up a long-held misunderstanding. Catherine is expelled with a payoff; Bobby disappears in regret. A year later, Leopold's career soars, Amur's asthma miraculously heals, and the family of three finds happiness again.
