Liya Holt, the mistress of a top Napa Valley winery, believed she had married for love and that her best friend was her truest confidante. But aboard a cruise ship, she makes a shattering discovery: her husband and her best friend have been secretly together for years. Worse, her son—who went missing eight years ago—was never lost. They deliberately abandoned him at an orphanage. Even more horrifying, the antidepressant she has been taking for eight years is actually a banned drug for preserving lung function. She was never sick—she was their carefully cultivated "mobile organ bank," groomed to save their illegitimate child. This cruise heading into international waters is her designated execution ground. But she is no prey, and unbeknownst to them, her son is on the same ship.
