In 2017, college student Lucian gets drunk and wakes up in the year 2026. He discovers he is married to Vivienne, the girl he once adored from afar. They have a daughter named Rosie. But the moment he opens his eyes, he is handed divorce papers. He quickly learns the terrible truth: he has been cheating with a woman named Lexi Sullivan, abused his wife and daughter, and caused the loss of their unborn second child. Vivienne and Rosie are broken. Lexi is pushing for control of his company, and the whole city expects him to keep destroying his family. Lucian publicly cuts ties with Lexi and fights to protect Vivienne and Rosie. But his past sins run too deep. Forgiveness does not come easily. Then a deeper secret surfaces: Lucian never meant to live this life. He chose to erase three years of his memory — the years tied to Lexi — to break free from a manipulated path. The memory loss was not an accident. It was his only chance to become the man he should have been.
