For ten years, legendary race car driver Kane and his personal rehabilitation therapist Lina maintained a secret underground relationship. Lina loved him deeply, yet she was never given a public identity and endured years of heartbreak, rumors, and humiliation in silence. After one devastating argument, she finally walks away — cutting Kane out of her life for good. But soon after losing her, Kane suffers a horrific racing accident that leaves his leg badly shattered. Forced back into his life as the only therapist capable of helping him recover, Lina agrees to return under one condition: treatment only, no personal feelings involved. As they spend more time together, Kane slowly realizes how much Lina truly means to him. Yet his jealousy, pride, and mistrust continue to hurt her — especially as socialite Serena repeatedly spreads rumors and schemes to destroy Lina’s reputation. Just as their relationship begins to heal, Lina discovers she’s pregnant, but chooses to hide it and face everything alone. When Kane finally learns the truth, he is consumed with regret. To protect Lina and their child, he defies his powerful family, gives up his privileged status and racing resources, and starts over with an independent team. After enduring public scandals, betrayal, and painful sacrifices, Kane publicly acknowledges Lina and their child, standing by them against the world. In the end, after a career-ending injury forces Kane to leave professional racing behind, he becomes a coach for young drivers, while Lina finally lets go of the pain of the past. After ten years of love, heartbreak, separation, and redemption, the two finally find their happy ending together.
