Raven has always been "not to be messed with." After getting into fights defending others, her family sends her to live alone in a suburban apartment. Her neighbors across the hall, Tiffany and Dylan, are bullies who terrorize tenants—dumping trash at her door, setting a vicious dog on her, and livestreaming lies about her. Raven doesn't back down. She throws the trash right back at them, documenting every piece of evidence. When Tiffany calls the police hoping to have Raven arrested, the authorities rule against the bullies instead—issuing fines and a warning of eviction. In the end, the troublemaking couple is heavily fined by their landlord, their son is disciplined, and their vicious dog is restrained. Sometimes, it takes a bully to bully a bully.
