Her sister walked into that clinic and never came out alive. Lila's younger sister, Zoe, took her own life after being sexually assaulted by the Crane couple—and the crime was buried without a trace. Consumed by grief and rage, Lila fakes her identity and infiltrates the devil's den as a nurse at the very same clinic. Meanwhile, private investigator Ethan is hunting the same couple after his subordinate vanished while investigating them. Inside the clinic, lecherous Julian constantly preys on her, while the obsessive Elena develops a twisted desire for Lila. She plays along, manipulating both of them, gathering evidence in the shadows. Outside, Ethan digs deeper, tightening the net. The two join forces from within and without, exposing the Cranes' crimes layer by layer. In the end, the corrupt clinic is destroyed, and all the perpetrators are brought to justice. Lila finally clears her sister's name—and in the darkness, she and Ethan find healing in each other, walking together toward a new beginning.
