After fifteen years of brutal training, Ed's sealed memories awaken. With a dragon-scale necklace, he rides down the mountain to find his parents—but when his dragon offends the princess's mount, he is forced into the palace as a dung-cleaning servant. There, he rises to become the princess's personal knight, crushes arrogant nobles like Shawn, hunts for his lost family, defeats the final villain the High Priest, and finds his imprisoned parents by his own power. Only then does the princess realize he is the childhood sweetheart she has missed for years.
