Ever since my mother died in a fire, My four daddies have raised me.She once saved their lives, so now they give me all their love.I thought this love would last forever, until a maid came rushing into the hall.“Gentlemen, Ms. Vivian is missing!”Vivian is the daughter of my four fathers' first love. She was brought back from the orphanage less than a month ago. We're not related—she's my sister in name only.An hour later, two bodyguards bring her back. She rushes straight into Darius' arms, sobbing and shaking.“Dad… Emma had me taken…”“I didn't kidnap her. I didn't have anyone touch her!”None of them believe me.They send me to the correctional center.“Emma, we do love you.”“We'll bring you home when you've learned your lesson.” After that iron gate closes, I spend four long years suffering. In the first year, I'm beaten, starved, deprived of water, and locked in solitary confinement. In the second year, they cut out one of my kidneys. In the third year, they break one of my legs.In the fourth year, with seven days left until Christmas, one of my fathers comes to the correctional center to bring me home.Dragging my broken body through the iron gate, I see my father, Darius, waiting.
